With more than 40 licensed real estate agents on their team, they are now the largest independent real estate firm in North Central Ohio.
Although Bolte Real Estate is the biggest independent firm in North Central Ohio, the company began to notice more and more competition entering their market. To maintain their leading position and ensure more clients benefited from their real estate services, Bolte partnered with NgageContent on a more up-to-date web presence that would allow them to increase site traffic, generate more inbound leads, and increase overall awareness of their firm within their five-county service area.
Developing an inbound lead-generation website was our first course of action. Keyword research revealed opportunities throughout their five counties, so by keywording community and city pages, the new site would help to attract additional traffic. Our team also streamlined the company’s use of iHomeFinder — a real estate listings service that also offers supportive features for those looking to buy a home such as in-depth search, email alerts, and more.
The NgageContent team also conducted a marketing sprint to kickstart inbound lead generation along with the new site. Monthly blogging, email automation, newsletters, targeted Facebook and Instagram ads, and white papers were all developed to position Bolte as the leader in their respective markets and capture more leads.
Lead generation from new sources wasn’t our only focus, however. Because a significant source of ongoing business in real estate comes from existing customers, the NgageContent team worked closely with Bolte Real Estate to generate a past client campaign. Designed to secure referrals from happy customers, the campaign allows agents to input new customers into an automation that drips branded, personalized emails to those customers over a six-month period — politely asking for a referral and automatically emailing any referred contacts upon submission.
Finally, the NgageContent also worked closely with the agents at Bolte Real Estate, helping to train them inbound marketing best practices that they could use to grow their client bases.
With a new and improved website in place, as well as our keyword and inbound marketing strategy, organic search traffic increased more than 1,000 percent over the course of a year — ultimately resulting in a consistent stream of leads through multiple sources and significantly greater awareness of Bolte Real Estate.
