Luxury Living Chicago Realty was growing so quickly in their core brokerage business that they weren’t properly representing how strong they were on the sales side. With agents eager to increase sales on downtown Chicago condos and townhomes, they needed to better represent their story and expertise in that field.

To better represent their story and their expertise on the sales side, the NgageContent team built a new site that matches their brand while carrying over the expertise of Luxury Living Chicago Realty across the board. We developed an SEO strategy to leverage the strong SEO performance of the brokerage site but as a standalone to support the sales side of the business.
